TODDS Secure Project At Durham Tees Valley Airport

TODDS are excited to announce that we will be working with Durham Tees Valley Airport, part of Peel Airports, on their latest refurbishment project.

Plans for significant improvements to passenger facilities at the airport were announced last month as part of a programme to invest in developments and attract general aviation activity at Durham Tees Valley Airport. TODDS have been working closely with Ian Smith to develop this process.

We’re absolutely determined to deliver a product at DTVA that meets passenger expectations. Really happy with how the plans have taken shape so quickly and I’m confident we can deliver something quite special here. Ian Smith - DTVA

The first phase involves remodelling the departures lounge. As part of this project TODDS have been appointed to handle the whole process from the planning stages and design through to the furnishings, flooring, paint work and other services such as the bar and retail facilities.

Having previously worked on the departures lounge at Humberside Airport, TODDS aim to take the stress out of such a large scale project through managing all elements from start to finish.

This is a significant project for TODDS moving forward into a new era. It has been a huge team effort to turn the job around so quickly and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved. Huge thanks to Ian and Peel Airports for the opportunity. Shane Beesley (Director) - TODDS

The works will be completed by the end of September. Take a look at the initial proposal below:
